My elderly mom was in a lot of pain as she broke her ribs. I knew nothing about marijuana. As I was recommended to go to high tides weed dispensary..Talking with the staff as I knew nothing about anything to do with weed. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything about the effects and side effects. And how this will help her out. My mom got what she needed and she says she wish she would have taken it a long time ago. It was very good and amazing to staff

I’ve seen a few reviews complain about the price, but I think it’s not that high. But the customer service is 15/10 for me. Never once have had a real issue they couldn’t fix. Need more good business like these!

I love visiting 99 High Tide. Anytime I’m out in Malibu California, I have to tell you aside from the dispensary being aesthetically beautiful, the energy you feel when you enter is Love. I love all the plants that they have surrounding the place as well as the wonderful crafts and art pieces from local artist ‘s are so beautiful. I always have a wonderful experience there. The budtender‘s are highly educated about cannabis and very helpful in helping me select the perfect product for my needs. If you live in Malibu or are in the area, I highly encourage you to please visit 99 High Tide.

99 Hightide is my favorite dispensary in the world. The service is like no other. The selection is always varied, fresh and top notch. But what I love more than anything is the mermaid vibe they provide! The underwater aqua lighting creates a magical mood and the bud-tenders never make me feels rushed. They take their time showing me all of my options. They have an adorable shop up front with beautiful seaglass jewels too! Their Buddhas outside make it a sacred space. Their focus inside is to heal you, not medicate you. I’ve never been to a dispensary like this one. It’s truly the best!

this store is the AWESOMEST!!! The store has a great layout and the mermaid with the light-colored hair was the most knowledgeable herbalist we have come across. LOVE THIS STORE. a must visit on your trip to Malibu.

Meds are superb and service ditto. The service I received was outstanding and worthy of praise. The bud tenders really care about serving patients with compassion and care. I would recommend this dispensary to any patient looking for a good prices and quality meds.

I use CDB nightly for insomnia and the 99 High Tide always has the best options in stock. The staff is just lovely, friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. I have been enjoying their products and service for over 7 years. ❤️ They truly care about their customers.
